Account & Data Deletion
Effective date: May 21, 2026
To delete your flyve account and the data associated with it, please use one of the two methods below. This page is provided separately in accordance with Google Play's account deletion requirements and is accessible without installing the app.
1. Delete from within the app
Open the flyve app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab → Settings → Account → "Delete account."
Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account and associated data will be processed immediately.
2. Without the app (email request)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot install it, you may request deletion by email.

Please include the email address you signed up with, or the social login provider (Apple / Google / Kakao / LINE) and the corresponding account identifier.
We may reply to the email address you signed up with to verify your identity. Deletion will be carried out after identity is verified.
3. Data that will be deleted
Account information (email address, password hash, profile image, display name, bio).
Uploaded photos and their EXIF metadata, including GPS coordinates, capture time, and device information.
Likes, saves, comments, follows, and block records.
Travel badges earned and any folders the user created.
Social login connections (Apple / Google / Kakao / LINE).
Push notification tokens and per-category notification preferences.
Session data, including refresh tokens.
4. Data that will be retained (legal obligations)
Service usage records and access logs (including IP address): retained for 3 months as required by Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act of the Republic of Korea, and then destroyed.
Identifying information used to prevent fraudulent re-sign-ups and misuse (such as the sign-up email address): retained for 30 days after withdrawal, and then destroyed.
The information above is not used for any purpose other than the retention purpose stated above.
5. Processing timeline
In-app deletion is processed immediately upon request.
Email requests are processed within 7 business days after identity verification is complete.
