Location-Based Services Terms
Effective date: October 30, 2026
These Terms set out the conditions for using the services flyve provides using location information, and matters concerning the processing of personal location information.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of molio (the “Company”) and personal location information subjects (“Members”), and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the location-based services of flyve (the “Service”) provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
(1) These Terms take effect when a Member agrees to them and uses the Service through the procedure set by the Company.
(2) The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When it does so, it announces the effective date and the reasons for the amendment within the Service from 7 days before the effective date. However, an amendment that is unfavorable to Members is announced from 30 days before the effective date and notified individually.
(3) A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw consent.
Article 3 (Rules Other than These Terms)
Matters not provided for in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, such as the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as the flyve Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Article 4 (Contents of the Service)
The Company provides the following services using personal location information.

| Travel records and the travel map | Posts are organized by the capture location recorded in photos and videos uploaded by the Member and shown on the Member’s travel map. |
| Making Posts with locations public | The capture location of Posts the Member has made public is shown to other users on the map, in the feed and elsewhere. |
Article 5 (Service Fees)
The Service is provided free of charge. However, data charges for using the Service are subject to the plan of the Member’s mobile carrier.
Article 6 (Change, Restriction and Suspension of the Service)
(1) The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons, in which case it announces this within the Service in advance. However, where an unavoidable reason prevents advance notice, it may give notice afterwards.
(2) The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend the Service for reasons such as the inspection or failure of equipment, communication failures or natural disasters.
Article 7 (Use or Provision of Personal Location Information)
(1) The Company uses personal location information after obtaining the Member’s consent to the matters stated in these Terms.
(2) If a Member makes public a Post that contains a capture location, that location is disclosed to other users at the Member’s choice. Members may decide whether to make a Post public and may delete it or make it private at any time.
(3) The Company does not provide personal location information to third parties without the Member’s consent. If it does provide it, it informs the Member in advance of the recipient and the purpose of provision and obtains consent, and notifies the Member immediately each time it provides the information. However, cases where applicable laws specifically provide otherwise are excepted.
Article 8 (Retention of Records Confirming the Collection, Use and Provision of Location Information)
In accordance with Article 16(2) of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, the Company automatically records and preserves in its location information system the records confirming the collection, use and provision of personal location information, and retains them for at least 6 months.
Article 9 (Purposes and Periods of Retaining Personal Location Information)
The Company retains personal location information as follows to provide the Service, and destroys it without delay once the purpose is achieved or the Member withdraws consent.

Article 10 (Rights of Personal Location Information Subjects)
(1) Members may at any time withdraw all or part of their consent to the use and provision of personal location information, in which case the Company destroys the collected personal location information and confirmation records without delay, except where they must be retained under applicable laws.
(2) Members may at any time request the temporary suspension of the collection, use and provision of personal location information, and the Company will not refuse such a request. Members may also revoke location access permission in the device settings.
(3) Members may request access to, or notice of, the records confirming the collection, use and provision of their personal location information and the reasons for and contents of any provision of their personal location information to third parties, and may request correction where there are errors.
(4) Members may exercise these rights in the settings within the Service or through the contact in Article 17.
Article 11 (Rights of Legal Representatives)
The Service does not accept sign-ups from children under 14 years of age, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal location information of children under 14. If the Company becomes aware that personal location information of a child under 14 has been collected, it destroys that information without delay.
Article 12 (Rights of Guardians of Children Aged 8 or Under and Others)
Where the guardian of a person falling under Article 26 of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, such as a child aged 8 or under, a person under adult guardianship or a person with a severe mental disability, consents to the use or provision of personal location information to protect that person’s life or body, the Company processes it in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 13 (Designation of the Location Information Manager)
The Company designates and maintains a location information manager to manage and protect personal location information appropriately and to handle Members’ complaints smoothly. The location information manager is the person named in Article 17.
Article 14 (Damages)
If a Member suffers damage as a result of the Company’s violation of Articles 15 through 26 of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, the Member may claim damages from the Company. In that case, the Company cannot be released from liability unless it proves that there was no intent or negligence.
Article 15 (Disclaimers)
The Company is not responsible for damage arising where it cannot provide the Service without intent or negligence on its part, such as because of natural disasters, communication failures or causes attributable to the Member.
Article 16 (Dispute Mediation and Other Matters)
(1) Where the parties fail to reach, or are unable to hold, consultations on a dispute relating to location information, the Company may apply to the Korea Communications Commission for a ruling in accordance with Article 28 of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information.
(2) The Company or a Member may apply to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee for mediation of a dispute relating to location information in accordance with Article 43 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
(3) Any lawsuit concerning these Terms is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.
