Terms of Service

Effective date: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between molio (the “Company”) and users in relation to the use of flyve, a travel-map social service (the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Purpose and Definitions

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

“Service” means the flyve mobile application and related web service, which automatically organizes photos based on photo metadata (capture location and time) and provides a travel feed, a travel map, and travel badges.

“User” means any member or non-member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. “Member” means a user who has created an account.

“Content” means photos, videos, metadata, comments, and any other material uploaded by a user to the Service.

“Shared album” means the collaborative album feature the Company provides so that several members can gather photos and videos together.

2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.

The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the effective date and the reason for the change within the Service at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users.

If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A user who does not agree may terminate the service agreement.

3. Description of the Service

The Company provides the following: a travel feed for sharing travel photos and videos, a travel map that collects visited places as pins, travel badges granted according to travel activity, automatic organization of photos based on photo metadata (capture location, capture time, and device information), direct messages between users, shared albums that several members build together, and titles granted for activity by city and category.

The Company may add or change the contents of the Service to improve its quality and will announce such changes within the Service in advance.

The Service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, communication failures, force majeure, or similar causes.

4. Accounts and Registration

A user may create a member account by signing up with an email and password, or through social login such as Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE.

Users must register their account with accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for managing their account credentials.

Users may not transfer, lend, or share their account with any third party, and must immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not upload photos or videos they did not personally take - including reposted content, stock images, or AI-generated images - as their own travel. The Company inspects file provenance metadata at upload time and automatically blocks some such files, but this is a technical aid that does not guarantee detection of every case; responsibility for complying with this clause rests with the user.

Users must not forge or alter photo metadata such as capture location or time, nor circumvent or interfere with the verification system.

Users must not post content that infringes the rights of others, defames others, is obscene or violent, or otherwise violates applicable law.

Users must not disrupt the operation of the Service, use the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent, or access the Service or collect data through automated means.

Users must not repeatedly send unsolicited advertising or spam through direct messages, nor use them to harass others. Users may block or report anyone they do not wish to hear from.

5-2. Shared Albums

Copyright in each photo or video posted to a shared album remains with the user who uploaded it. Creating an album does not transfer any rights in other participants' content to its creator.

A participant may delete their own content at any time, and leaving an album also removes the content they contributed from that album.

If the member who created an album withdraws their membership, management of an album that still has other participants transfers to the member who joined earliest, and an album with no remaining participants is deleted. Copyright ownership of each item is unaffected in either case.

Users should be aware that other participants invited to a shared album can see the content they post and the capture location it contains.

6. Rights and Responsibility for Content

Copyright in Content uploaded to the Service by a user belongs to that user.

The user grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and transmit the Content to the extent necessary to operate, provide, and promote the Service. This license remains in effect while the Content exists on the Service.

The user warrants that they hold the lawful rights to the photos and content they upload, and bears all responsibility arising from their Content.

If the Company determines that Content violates these Terms or applicable law, it may delete the Content or restrict its visibility without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the Service itself and in related software, designs, trademarks, logos, and databases belong to the Company.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish components of the Service, or create derivative works, without the Company's prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for disruptions to the use of the Service caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, communication failures, or causes attributable to the user.

The Company does not warrant the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users and has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service, which is provided free of charge.

9. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

If a user violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict use of the Service or terminate the agreement after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).

A user may request to withdraw membership at any time through the in-service settings, and the Company will process such requests without delay in accordance with applicable law.

Upon termination of the service agreement, a user's Content is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to any dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service.

The Company and the user will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through consultation. If consultation fails, the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act will be the court of first instance.
