Operating Policy
Effective date: October 30, 2026
This Operating Policy sets out the standards that let everyone use flyve safely and with trust. Matters that the Terms of Service and the Flyver Terms leave to the Operating Policy are governed by this Policy.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)
This Operating Policy sets out the detailed standards that the flyve Terms of Service and the Flyver Terms leave to the Operating Policy. It applies to all services of the flyve app and web (flyve.kr).
Article 2 (Changes)
When the Company changes the Operating Policy, it announces the change within the Service from 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to Members, and changes concerning earnings and settlement, are announced from 30 days before the effective date, and changes concerning earnings and settlement apply from the first day of the month following the announcement.
Article 3 (Standards Not Disclosed)
To prevent fraudulent use, the Company may decline to disclose the detailed criteria for its reviews, the methods it uses to identify violations, and the detailed methods for determining display order. Even in that case, it operates according to the principles set out in this Policy.
Chapter 2 Community Rules
Article 4 (Prohibited Posts)
The following Posts may not be posted.
- Posts presenting photos or videos taken or produced by others as the poster’s own records
- Posts in which information such as the capture location and time has been manipulated so that it differs from the facts
- Posts that infringe the rights of others, such as copyright, portrait rights or personal information
- Posts that violate laws or public order, such as obscene or violent content or content that promotes hatred or discrimination
- Advertising, spam, or Posts repeating the same content
- Posts impersonating the Company or any other person
Article 5 (Reports and Handling)
(1) Users may report Posts, comments, messages and accounts. The Company reviews reports, takes necessary measures and may inform the reporting user of the outcome.
(2) Users may block anyone they do not wish to interact with. Once blocked, the two users cannot see each other’s Posts and curations and cannot exchange messages.
Article 6 (Levels of Measures)
The Company takes the following measures depending on the severity of the violation. Where a violation is serious or repeated, earlier levels may be skipped.

The Company informs the user of the reasons before taking a measure. However, in urgent cases or where the violation is serious, it may take the measure first and inform the user afterwards.
Article 7 (Objections)
A user who disagrees with a measure may file an objection at help@flyve.kr within 7 days from the date of the notice. The Company reviews the objection, informs the user of the result and lifts the measure if the objection is justified.
Article 8 (Rights Infringement Reports and Temporary Measures)
(1) A person who claims that their rights have been infringed may request deletion or similar action by explaining the infringement at help@flyve.kr.
(2) In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Company may take a temporary measure hiding the relevant Post for up to 30 days, and the poster may request that it be reposted within that period.
Chapter 3 Curations
Article 9 (Conditions for Publishing Curations)
A curation is published when all of the following conditions are met.
- The author is a Flyver, or a Flyver who has ended their activity has chosen to keep their posts
- The author’s account is public and not subject to restrictions on use
- The Company has not hidden the curation
Curations by authors the viewer has blocked are not shown. Curations that include age-restricted places, such as bars and clubs, are not shown to users under 19 and are not exposed to search engines.
Article 10 (Home Display and List Order)
(1) The curation row on the app’s home shows up to 5 curations; to see more, the viewer moves to the full list from the end of the row.
(2) The home row first shows curations for the cities of the viewer’s upcoming or ongoing trips and fills the rest in order of most recently published. No more than 2 curations by the same author are shown.
(3) The full list is shown in order of most recently published.
(4) Display order is not determined in exchange for consideration.
(5) If there are not enough published curations, the home row may not be shown.
Article 11 (Writing Standards)
Flyvers write curations according to the following standards.
- Introduce places you have actually visited, as your own experience.
- Use only photos you took yourself or have the right to use.
- Do not present anything as guaranteed or recommended by the Company, and do not use unsupported superlatives.
- Do not introduce places for which you received consideration or free products or services.
- Do not introduce places in which you have an interest (such as a place run by you or your family).
Writing limits, such as the number of characters, photos and booking links, are shown on the editing screen.
Article 12 (Booking Links and Advertising Labels)
(1) Only product pages of partner booking providers offered on the editing screen may be added as booking links.
(2) Curations with booking links automatically carry a label indicating that they are advertisements, and the author cannot remove or change it.
(3) Expressions that unfairly induce readers to tap booking links, and generating clicks or bookings by fraudulent means, are prohibited.
(4) The Company may mark links that do not open and notify the author, and links to booking providers whose partnership has ended may be changed to ordinary links or not shown.
Chapter 4 Flyvers
Article 13 (Eligibility and Application)
(1) Members aged 19 or older with a public account may apply to become Flyvers. Members subject to restrictions on use may not apply.
(2) The Company reviews the application and activity records and informs the applicant whether it is approved. If it is not approved, the Company gives the main reason, and depending on the reason, the applicant may apply again after 30 or 90 days.
(3) A Member whose Flyver status has been removed may not apply again for 12 months from the date of removal.
Article 14 (Earnings and Payment)
The standards for earnings and payment are as follows.

| Payment before withdrawal | A Flyver who intends to withdraw from membership may request payment of payable earnings regardless of the request period and the minimum amount. |
Article 15 (Withholding of Payment and Deductions)
(1) The Company may withhold payment where confirmation is needed, such as to verify fraud, because a partner has withheld payment, or because of errors in payment information, and will inform the Flyver of the reason for withholding.
(2) If earnings are reduced because of a booking cancellation or refund or a partner’s settlement, that amount is deducted from earnings to be paid later. The return of amounts already paid is claimed only for earnings generated by fraud.
Article 16 (Sanctions on Flyvers)
(1) Violations of the writing standards or the terms are met, in order, with a caution, a posting restriction for a set period together with exclusion from home display, and removal of Flyver status. Serious violations, such as fraudulent clicks or bookings, introducing places not experienced, or introductions that conceal consideration, may result in immediate removal of status.
(2) Posting restrictions and removal of status are notified in advance, and the Flyver is given 7 days to explain.
Article 17 (Ending Activity)
Flyvers may end their activity at any time and may handle the curations they have already written in one of the following ways.

Even after ending activity, payable earnings can be requested under Article 14.
