Updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and new Operating Policy and Location Terms (effective October 30, 2026)

With the launch of Curation and Flyver, we are updating our terms and policies and adding two new ones. **These changes take effect on October 30, 2026.**

What's changing

- **Terms of Service**: We added Curation (travel posts) and Flyver (revenue sharing), and reorganized the document. - **Privacy Policy**: We added the information needed for Flyver payouts (identity check, payout account) and the processing of behavioral data for personalized ads (Meta). - **New Operating Policy**: Covers when posts are shown, reports and actions, and Flyver eligibility, restrictions and payouts. - **New Location-Based Service Terms**: Covers how location is used for Nearby and photo uploads.

Consent

If you keep using flyve without objecting before the effective date, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the effective date.
