Terms of Service and Privacy Policy update (effective August 6, 2026)
We are updating flyve's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, **effective August 6, 2026**.
Features we shipped recently (shared albums, direct messages, video, titles) were missing from these documents, and our notice about data sent to outside parties was incomplete. The point of this revision is to describe accurately what we actually do.
Terms of Service
- "Content" now includes **video** - Added **direct messages**, **shared albums**, and **titles** to the description of the Service - **New Article 5-2 on shared albums.** Copyright in what you post stays yours; leaving an album also removes what you contributed. If the album's creator deletes their account, management passes to the member who joined earliest, and an album with nobody left is deleted - Repeatedly sending ads or harassing someone through direct messages is now listed as prohibited conduct
Privacy Policy
- Collected items now list **date of birth** (to confirm you are 14 or older), **message content**, **video and its audio**, **push tokens**, and the **impression records and interest signals used to personalize your feed** - **New Article 5-2 on cross-border transfers**, naming all eight recipients with their country, the items transferred, and how long each keeps them - Added **Amplitude** (product-usage analytics) to the list of processors - Spelled out **what we send to Meta for advertising measurement**: a hashed member identifier plus the event name and time - no email, phone number, or IP address - Documented the 90-day retention of impression records and exactly what deletion removes
You can refuse the advertising transfer
If you do not want your data included in advertising measurement, email **lhs3446@flyve.kr** with the address you signed up with. Once we have verified your identity we stop the transfer for your account. Refusing restricts nothing about the Service.
We also corrected the account-deletion page
Deletion already removed messages, shared-album participation, interest signals, and stored original files - the page just did not say so. It does now.
If you do not agree with these changes you may terminate your agreement by deleting your account before the effective date. Questions: lhs3446@flyve.kr
